    KANABEAM is located in the southern part of The Republic of
    Namibia.  It is situated at the base of the Huns Mountains and
    consists of an ancient river valley, vast plains, rolling hills and
    mountains.   Professor David L. Reid of the Department of
    Geological Sciences at the University of Cape Town, South
    Africa has defined Kanabeam as being one of the most
    fascinating geological terrains in Africa if not the world.  
    Kanabeam is within the “Succulent Karoo” and is one of the 25
    hot spots in terms of bio-diversity remaining in the world.  It is
    96 square miles in size.

    The South West Africa Wildlife Preservation and Research
    Institute, a non-profit corporation, which has full operating
    authority on Kanabeam is authorized to make this offering.  
    Funds which are generated will be used exclusively to support
    conservation and environmental operations on Kanabeam and
    the attendant educational and training programs for all peoples.  


    More than 70 Mammalian species exist on Kanabeam
    supplemented by over 60 species of Bird life and 26 species of
    Reptilians make their home on Kanabeam.  Many of these
    mammals as well as the flora on Knanbeam are included in the
    IUCN Red List as endangered, vulnerable, or nearing extinction.

    Parts set aside for this offering are limited and are reserved for
    those who have a passionate interest in conservation and
    environmental concerns.

    At this time we can offer 2,000 acre parcels for this program.  
    Contact us for pricing on various parcels which may still be
    available. Ownership Certificates are issued for 10 year
    periods.  Any participant in this ownership does not pay
    Namibian Land Taxes.

    peace and tranquility where the pursuit of relaxation and enjoyment
    may be had by all.  Wildlife and flora may be viewed from your own
    location at a time of your choosing where you may freely move about,
    uninhibited.  You may commune with your neighbors on other
    locations and nature which is undisturbed.  You may visit the on site
    restaurant, The Nama Lantern, The Einiqua Trading Post, the All
    Faith Chapel among other attractions.  All of this at a cost of
    $2000.00 per year.  Kanabeam is a place in Africa which you will want

    No Deeded Land Transfers of ownership as a result of this agreement transfer to any
    person.  During your right of ownership of Your Part of the Wild Kingdom you have full use
    of your 2,000 acres for 10 years, which may be renewed.  Kanabeam, at all times remains
    the sole property of the Registered and Deeded Owner in conformance with the laws of
    The Republic of Namibia.  The purchaser, his heirs and assigns may not bring legal action
    of any nature against Kanabeam or its owner and release Kanabeam and its owner from
    all injuries, losses or death as a result of their sojourns on the property.
