A total of four (4) extended cab pick up trucks are urgently needed.
Present vehicles have completed their life cycle and are no longer
economically repairable. Vehicles are a must for all supplies,
materials, subsistence needs which must be transported frequently
into our operation over hundreds of kilometers. Vehicles are also
needed for Security and Anti-Poaching Programs over the vast area

TWO. FUEL AND MAINTENANCE
vehicles/transport/generators for 289 days per year based on 8
gallons per vehicle, per day, maintenance service 4 times annually=
$ 47,209.00. Fuel costs are currently $ 7.80 per gallon with
THREE. FENCE LINE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
Replace and repair 20 kilometers (12 miles) of Fence Line, posts
and gates at $ 1,000.00 per mile. Fence Lines have been in place
for almost 50 years sustaining damage from herds of Zebra running
through fences and gates. Posts are damaged and rotten from
Termite infestations (common in Southern Africa). TOTAL COSTS: $
FOUR: REPLACE ROOF/DOORS/WINDOWS ON RESEARCH
The roof of this building along with windows and doors was removed
on April 5, 2005 by a series of Tornado's (first ever in the region).
Metal roof, heavy metal window frames and heavy metal doors have
never been located. Roof replacement is $10,200.00.
Windows frames with glass (3) are $ 260.00 each. Doors (3) are $

FIVE: BASIC LABORATORY/RESEARCH EQUIPMENT (NEW)
Destroyed during Tornado damage to Research Building.
Replacement required for staff/student use.

SIX: WILDLIFE MEDICATIONS/IMMOBILIZATION
Lost during Tornado damage to Research Building. Needed for
capture and treatment of Wildlife. TOTAL COSTS: $ 6,800.00
SEVEN: CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS/TOOLS
Concrete, wiring, mesh, paint, brushes, rollers, water pipes,
concrete mixer (portable), sewage pipe, assorted tools, roofing,
bolts, nails, assorted wood products, metal roof supports and many
other related items are required for construction, refurbishment and
maintenance. All existing material stocks have been depleted.

EIGHT: HYDRO-PONIC FARM
Namibia imports over 90% of all its vegetables. These are of poor
quality, difficult to find and expensive. This farm is required to feed,
on a continuing basis, employee's, visiting public, volunteers, local
Nama communities and the destitute. Farm is constructed of heavy
aluminum frame, covered with plastic sheeting an is enclosed.
Operating requirements are intake and exhaust fans, 200 gallon
holding tank for nutrients, circulating pumps, generators, wiring,
feed pipes,control units, Fluorescent lights, PH Testing Units,
nutrients, micro-nutrients, starting plants, electrical control/timing
boxes, pipes for plants, suspension units and much more.
ESTIMATED TOTAL COST $ 116,000.00
NINE. PROPERTY SIGNS
These signs are required to replace signs over 13 years old. Signs
are warning signs, road and street signs, facilities signs, trail signs,
property posting/warning signs, danger signs and others
constructed of heavy metal with posts. Legally necessary for safety.

Five Generators are urgently need for operations. Kanabeam has
no electric power and may not have power for several years. Air
cooled generators, which is what is available, do not last long in the
summer temperatures and require frequent replacement.
Generators are required for the Restaurant, for the Chapel, for the
Research Building/Lab, for visitors area and hot water heaters, Cost
of each is $ 1,000.00. TOTAL COSTS is $ 5,000.00.
ELEVEN. CHAPEL CHAIRS
100 folding chairs are needed to seat attendee's at the ALL FAITH
CHAPEL. Cost of each is $ 12.00. TOTAL COSTS is $ 1,200.00.
TWELVE: FREEZER UNITS
Three Freezer units are required for storage of perishable food for
staff, employee's and visitors due to long distances related to
acquisition and transport. Cost of each is $ 1,344.00. TOTAL
COSTS $ 4,002.00.
